Notes:

  • 1. Our Consultation Fees – 1% of the total Sale / Purchase Value
  • 2. We undertake property deals only after getting an "Exclusive Mandate" for a minimum of 4 months to buy / sell the property on our client's behalf
  • 3. We take an advance of Rs. 10,000/-. This amount is used for advertising, Legal Vetting of property papers etc. Advance is adjustable (netted off) against future consultation charges.
